PRIVACY POLICY/PRIVACY POLICIES

  • Data controller

  • The owner of the treatments carried out through the Site is HILL.CO di Ferrari Riccardo as defined above. For any information concerning the processing of personal data by the owner, including the list of data controllers who process data, you can write to the following address: info@hillco.it

  •

  • The personal data being processed

  • Following navigation of the Site, we inform you that the owner will process personal data which may consist of an identifier such as a name, an identification number, an online identifier, a postal address, an e-mail address, a telephone number ( fixed and/or mobile) or to one or more characteristic elements of your physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity suitable for making the interested party identified or identifiable (hereinafter only "Personal Data").

  •

  • The Personal Data processed through the Site are as follows:

  •

  • Navigation data

  • The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's IT environment. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning, to identify anomalies and/or abuses, and are canceled immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site or third parties: except for this eventuality, the data collected by the site are currently removed within a short period of time.

  •

  • Special categories of personal data

  • When using our site (or sending by e-mail) for your application, there may be a transfer of your Personal Data falling within the category of special categories of Personal Data referred to in art. 9 of the Regulation, literally the "[...] personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as [...] genetic data, biometric data intended to identify in uniquely a natural person, data relating to the health or sex life or sexual orientation of the person". We invite you not to publish such data unless strictly necessary. Indeed, we remind you that in the event of the transmission of special categories of Personal Data, but in the absence of specific manifestation of consent to process such data (a eventuality which in any case obviously allows you to send a curriculum vitae), the owner cannot be held responsible no title, nor will it be able to receive objections of any kind, since in this case the processing will be permitted as it concerns data manifestly made public by the interested party, in accordance with art. 9(1)(e) of the Regulation. However, we specify the importance, as already indicated above, of expressing explicit consent to the processing of special categories of Personal Data, should you decide to share such information.

  •

  • We also inform you that, for the purposes of selection, the owner could analyze professional social profiles made freely available on the Internet (e.g. LinkedIn).

  •

  • Data provided voluntarily by the interested party

  • In the use of some Services of the Site (for example the request/contact/reservation form) there could be a processing of Personal Data of third parties sent by you to the owner. With respect to these hypotheses, you act as an independent data controller, assuming all legal obligations and responsibilities. In this sense, it grants the widest indemnity on this point with respect to any objection, claim, request for compensation for damage from treatment, etc. that should reach the owner from third parties whose Personal Data have been processed through his use of the functions of the Site in violation of the rules on the protection of applicable personal data. In any case, if it provides or otherwise processes Personal Data of third parties in the use of the Site, it guarantees from now on - assuming all connected responsibility - that this particular hypothesis of treatment is based on an appropriate legal basis pursuant to art. . 6 of the Regulation which legitimizes the processing of the information in question.

  • Cookies

  • General information about cookies

  •

  • Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer's hard drive through a web page and through your browser to store small amounts of information about the page for a limited period of time. There are different types of cookies. Some are essential for the site to function, such as navigation cookies or shopping cart cookies. Furthermore, there are so-called analytics cookies, which collect information, for example on the number of visitors to the website and on the visitor's path to reach the site. Functional cookies allow the site to remember the selection made (for example the filter settings selected or the language setting of a site).

  •

  • Furthermore, there are so-called profiling cookies, which record user preferences and actions. Based on this information, a user profile is created. This serves to match the advertising messages with the interests of the user and thus enables more targeted advertising for specific target groups. In many cases, the site manager uses third-party cookies to send personalized advertising.

  •

  • Required consent for cookies

  •

  • Site visitors must actively consent to the use of cookies which are not essential for the functioning of the website and have the right to withdraw their consent at any time.

  •

  • This website uses a technology called CMP (Consent Management Platform) to administer this right. When you access the site, a banner appears informing you about the use of cookies, offering you various consent options (accept all cookies, individual categories of cookies or each individual cookie separately) and providing detailed information on the various types. The CMP memorizes the user's choices and applies them to the next visit to the site. Here the user can exercise the right of withdrawal or change the settings.

  • marketing purposes: the data provided may be processed, subject to explicit and specific consent, for the sending of promotional and marketing communications, including the sending of newsletters and market research, through automated tools (sms, mms, e-mail , push notifications) and not (paper mail, telephone with operator). The legal basis for the processing of your data for these purposes is art. 6, paragraph 1, lett. a) of the Regulation. The direct marketing treatment is optional and depends on your free choice; therefore failure to provide your consent for this purpose will not affect the use of the services.

  • Legal basis and mandatory or optional nature of the processing

  • The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data for the purposes referred to in section 3 (abc) is art. 6(1)(b) of the Regulation (execution of a contract) as the treatments are necessary for the provision of the Services or for the response of requests from the interested party. The provision of Personal Data for these purposes is optional but failure to provide it would make it impossible to activate the Services provided by the Site, respond to requests or evaluate CVs. With specific reference to the purpose 3.c and the related analysis of social profiles of a professional nature made freely available on the Internet referred to in section 2.b, the legal basis of the processing is art. 6(1)(f) of the Regulation, i.e. the legitimate interest of the data controller in verifying any risks on the suitability of the candidate to fill the specific open position.

  •

  • The purpose referred to in section 3.d represents a legitimate processing of Personal Data pursuant to art. 6(1)(c) of the Regulation (fulfil a legal obligation). Once the Personal Data has been provided, the processing is indeed necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which the owner is subject.

  •

  • The legal basis of the processing for the purposes referred to in section 3.e is art. 6(1)(a) of the Regulation (user consent). For treatments carried out for the same purposes which involve the direct sending of one's own advertising material or one's own direct sales or for carrying out one's own market research or commercial communications in relation to the owner's products or services similar to those purchased by you , The Data Controller may use, without his consent, e-mail and paper mail addresses, pursuant to and within the limits permitted by art. 130, paragraph 4 of the Code and by the provision of the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data of 19 June 2008. With regard to the CVs sent through the Site or by e-mail referred to in section 3.c, the Personal Data will be kept for a period deemed appropriate with respect to the purpose for which the data is acquired. This is without prejudice to the possibility for the holder to contact the candidate shortly before the indicated deadline to request an extension of this retention period.

  •

  • The Personal Data processed for the purposes referred to in section 3.d will be kept until the time required by the specific obligation or applicable law.
